Ingredients:
1 pound or 1 large eggplant
2 Tbs Tahini
1 Tbs olive oil
2-3 Tbs fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder or small piece of raw garlic
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions:
Blend ingredients together. Serve with cucumbers, olives and Ezekiel pita chips
