Analysis from govols247.com's Ryan Callahan:
"The Vols beat out Clemson to land him, he's actually a former Kentucky baseball signee, still might have to deal with that in some form or fashion over the next few months, there have been some paperwork complications that prevented him from visiting Tennessee for a couple of weeks, but the Vols beat out Clemson down the stretch. He didn't play football in high school until his senior year, came out after committing for baseball and decided football was working out pretty well, and decided to explore his options for that sport as well. Tennessee was intrigued by him down the stretch and was the first program to jump on him."
"He's capable of playing corner, nickel or safety."
