Dogwood Arts Festival coming back to Knoxville April 26-28
The 58th annual Dogwood Arts Festival will be held April 26-28, 2019 in downtown Knoxville. Festival Hours: Friday: 10:00am-8:00pm (music until 10pm), Saturday: 10:00am–8:00pm (music until 10pm), and Sunday: 10:00am–5:00pm (music starts at 11am). April 23, 2019-4pm
