Guests will also get the chance to sign and decorate their very own butterfly-shaped card for the library to deliver to Dolly.

Knox County Public Library is encouraging children of all ages to sign up for a library card. Inspired by Dolly's love of butterflies, the personally designed card will feature the tagline "Reading gives you wings."

Since 2005, the program has mailed out 2.8 million books to Knox County children under the age of five.

Children must be present to apply and parents must provide identification and address verification in order to receive the special children’s card. All new cards are free for Knox County residents.
