KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Sunday morning, the Knoxville Fire Department responded to a fire at the Wheel Auto Sales on Chapman Highway shortly after 9:30.
When crews arrived on the scene, they found a fire in the service garage of that auto shop.
Due to the amount of items in that garage, and the bulk of the fire, crews had a hard time getting the flames under control. It took about 20 minutes.
One firefighter was treated at the scene for a minor injury.
The building did see major fire damage.
KFD is working to determine the cause of the fire at this time.
