2014 will mark the 40th anniversary of a certain Swedish pop group winning the Eurovision Song Contest. ABBA consequently rocketed to überstardom with a string of classic singles including Dancing Queen, SOS, Mamma Mia, Knowing Me, Knowing You, Waterloo and many others.
Now Billboardis reporting that the '70s supergroup might reunite in 2014, citing an interview that band alumna Agnetha Faltzkog gave to the German weeklyWelt am Sonntag.
In the interview, Faltzkog is quoted as saying that the anniversary is "of course something we're thinking about," adding, "There seem to be plans to do something to mark this anniversary in some way. But I can't say at this point what will come of them."
