PBF, Culver's hosting share event to help support Deputy Greg McCowan's family

People can visit the Culver's on Hamilton Crossing Drive all day Wednesday to help support.

ALCOA, Tenn. — The Smoky Mountain Chapter of the Tennessee Police Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Foundation are asking for help in financial support for Blount County Deputy Greg McCowan's family. 

From open to close on Wednesday, the Culver's on 270 Hamilton Crossing Drive will be donating 10% of their sales to the Deputy McCowan Memorial Fund

On Feb. 8, Deputy Greg McCowan was shot during a traffic stop and later died from his injuries. He leaves behind his children Cayley and Cayden, his granddaughter Ella, his mother and father and his fiancé Leah. 

100% of the funds received by the PBF will go to McCowan's family.
