Update on Dec. 21: The Scott County Sheriff's Office confirmed authorities have caught a man on the run who was wanted for sex crimes against children.
Authorities captured Christopher Nichol Cox in Oklahoma, according to a Thursday morning post on the sheriff's office's Facebook page .

Christopher Nichol Cox is on the run from authorities and has several felony warrants out for his arrest, according to the Scott County Sheriff’s Office.
Cox was last seen in Huntsville on Thursday.
