A man wanted for robbing a Cash Express store may have struck previously, this time stealing a purse from a woman shopping at Aldi.
According to Knoxville Police, on June 6, the victim was shopping in the Aldi on Schaad Road in North Knoxville when her purse was stolen from her shopping cart.
The suspect, wearing a black shirt with a tattoo on his left arm, grabbed the handbag while her back was turned, then ran out of the store.
He got into a blue Honda CRV that matches the description of the vehicle used by the suspect wanted for the Cash Express robbery that happened on June 11.
Police ask anyone who has information about the suspect, witnessed the robbery or saw a vehicle in the area matching this description to call the Crime Information Line at (865) 215-7212.

The Knoxville Police Department is looking for a suspect accused of robbing a Cash Express store on Kingston Pike in West Knoxville Monday afternoon.
KPD sent surveillance video of the robbery that shows a white male suspect entering the store, holding a handgun and demanding money from the employee working the front counter.
In the video, the employee complied with the suspect's demands, and police say the suspect took an unspecified amount of cash. KPD said the suspect left in a blue Honda CRV with a temporary tag.
