SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. — The Scott County Sheriff's Office said Thursday a 19-year-old man is facing rape and aggravated sexual battery charges.
They said Bradley Isaiah Lowe, 19, from Lancing, was indicted on March 30. They also said he was being held on a $50,000 bond. They said that after an investigation led by a deputy and helped by the Department of Children's Services, the Children's Center of the Cumberlands, and the Attorney General's Office — some evidence was found that the crimes happened in Scott County.
They said they occurred around June 2022.
"We appreciate the hard and tedious work of these public servants and the mission to seek and serve justice in the name of these victims. These investigations will not go unnoticed," said Scott County Sheriff Brian Keeton in a release posted to social media.
