Topside 333 Apartments vandalized, Alcoa Police looking for suspects

​APD said the vandalism happened sometime after 7 p.m. on Saturday after construction workers left and before 7 a.m. Monday, when they returned to work.

ALCOA, Tenn. — The Alcoa Police Department responded to the Topside 333 construction site on Monday after significant vandalism was discovered by construction workers.

The workers found signs of vandalism in multiple buildings including destruction of appliances, light fixtures, hardwood flooring, walls and plumbing fixtures, according to APD.

APD said the vandalism happened sometime after 7 p.m. on Saturday after construction workers left and before 7 a.m. Monday, when they returned to work.

Due to the extensive amount of vandalism to the property, a monetary loss has yet to be determined.

APD believes the suspects involved may be connected to the vandalism that happened at Ardmore Apartments over Easter weekend.
