In an email sent out to parents, Farragut High School would be closed for Monday and extracurricular activities have also been canceled.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Farragut High School will be closed Monday, February 14, due to illness.

According to an email sent out to parents, Farragut High School would be closed due to a non-COVID-19 illness that is impacting staff. There would be no classes and all extracurricular activities would be canceled.

The email also stated that the decision to close was not made lightly. Farragut High School is the only Knox County school affected by the decision.
