Missing 16-year-old in Lenoir City found safe

The Lenoir City Police Department is looking for 16-year-old James “Aiden” Lowery who was last seen leaving his residence during the early morning hours.  

Lowery's last known location was in the area of the Kings Inn on US Hwy 321 in Lenoir City, according to Lenoir officials.

He is 5’10”, 126 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes. LCPD said he may be wearing gray shoes, a reddish jacket, maybe carrying two white grocery bags, a black backpack with orange LC on it and the Panther logo. 

Lowry is considered a high-functioning autistic child and is believed he may try and hitchhike out of the area.
