A person is in custody after a threat was made on social media toward Madisonville Middle School.
The school said the threat made Wednesday involved a weapon, so they contacted law enforcement immediately.
After being notified, Monroe County officers located the suspect and took them into custody.
The school said charges are pending at this time.
