The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant will celebrate 30 years in September.
The popular tourist attraction is well-known for its good food and friendly staff members.
"We are fortunate to have some long-time folks that have worked with us," said Trevor Townsend, Director of Restaurant Operations at Stokely Hospitality.
John and Anna Stokely started a farming business in the 1800s that expanded into the area.
A family named "the Kilpatricks" bought the property in the 1970s and began putting in apple orchards.
Shortly after, they opened up the Apple Barn and the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant.
The Applewood Farmhouse Grill was opened in 1995 to help manage the overflow of guests.
"Now they're equally as busy," added Townsend.
Both eateries are located on Apple Valley Road.
