Downtown Knoxville is filled with spooky spirits, and the team at Haunted Knoxville Ghost Tours offers a chance to get up close and personal.
Paranormal Historian, J Adam Smith gathered research from the East Tennessee Historical Society and began offering the ghost tours in 2010.
"I love talking about the history, I love sharing the history and I love playing," said Smith.
The paranormal investigators are trained, and participants are given tools to "interact" with the history in Knoxville.
Haunted Knoxville offers general public tours and tours by request.
Smith and his team recently released their first book titled "Ghostly Places in Tennessee."
