The Knox County Sheriff's Office, B97.5 and Lexus of Knoxville all partnered together for the fourth annual Comfort Bears Big Give on Saturday in Turkey Creek.
Since January, people have been donating new and gently used stuffed toys to the Knox County Sheriff's Office and other organizations for specifically this event.
The stuffed animals will be given to kids who may be in a crisis situation. When first responders arrive to the scene of an accident or crime, they can give them a teddy bear to help comfort them during that time.
The Knox County Sheriff's Office shared pictures on Facebook of the event.
Parents and kids at Saturday's event were able to check out first responder vehicles, watch fire safety demonstrations and get fingerprints done.
