BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — The Blount County Sheriff's Office announced an upcoming Drug Take Back event on Saturday, April 27.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Blount County Justice Center, people can bring expired, unwanted or unused medication to dispose of. The event is to help prevent drug-related misuse, theft and accidental poisoning.
All drop-offs are drive-thru and can be taken from the convenience of your car.
All medication drop-offs are anonymous.
