KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — UPDATE (1/7): The Knox County Sheriff's Office said the missing 16-year-old Kaitlynn Marie Van-Auken was found safe in South Carolina.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office Juvenile Crimes Detectives are asking for help in searching for a missing 16-year-old.
Kaitlynn Marie Van-Auken was last seen in the early Saturday morning in the Middlebrook Pike and North Gallagher View area, according to KCSO.
Van-Auken has brown hair, green-blue tips, is approximately 5’1” and weighs approximately 130 pounds, KCSO said.
