Click here to read about the jury finding Carter not guilty on all charges.A Sevierville doctor had his license suspended after being charged with rape. Dr. Rodney G. Carter is charged with three counts of rape and three counts of sexual battery. He stands accused of raping three male patients at his office in 2007 and 2008. One of those alleged victims is a minor.The suspension of Carter's license became effective on Friday. He is immediately prohibited from practicing medicine in Tennessee. Carter has the opportunity to appear at an informal hearing before the Board of Medical Examiners on March 25 where the suspension could be lifted or revoked.Carter was originally licensed to practice medicine in Tennessee in 1998. He is being held on a $200,000 bond and is set to appear for arraignment in court on March 30./>
