MCMINN COUNTY, Tenn. — UPDATE (4/20): The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Stanley Cooper was located on Saturday.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a missing McMinn County man.
65-year-old Stanley Cooper went missing early Saturday morning. According to the TBI, he was wearing an orange UT jacket, a green Rockwood shirt as well as light blue jeans.
