MORGAN COUNTY, Tenn. — The Morgan County E-911 phone system went down for an hour for maintenance on Wednesday.
The tweet said during this time, they will not have access to their administrative phone lines nor will they be receiving 911 calls at the center.
If you dial 9-1-1, Anderson County 911/Dispatch will receive the call. They will then notify Morgan County of the call, according to the tweet.
If you call an administrative line during this time, it will ring like normal, but the call will not actually come into the center, according to officials.
