Tennessee addressed its shortage of depth on the offensive line Tuesday by moving a few of its younger defensive linemen to offense going into the Vols’ final two weeks of spring practice.
But they might not be permanent moves.
New Tennessee coach Jeremy Pruitt said the Vols shifted redshirt freshman defensive tackle Eric Crosby, true freshman defensive lineman Greg Emerson and rising sophomore defensive end Matthew Butler to the offensive line Tuesday to “see (if) at least they have a foundation” that could make them “emergency” options.
