BLOUNT COUNTY, Tenn. — Blount County school officials say a nearby car accident downed power lines, and caused a power outage at two schools on Friday.
William Blount High School and Mary Blount Elementary School will be let out early today.
Both buses and car riders at Mary Blount Elementary will dismiss at 1 p.m.
Car riders at William Blount High School have already been dismissed.
William Blount High School bus riders will leave at 1:15 p.m.
