LAS VEGAS — VFL and Detroit Lions linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin was selected to the first-career NFL Pro Bowl, the league announced Wednesday.

Reeves-Maybin was voted as the lone NFC special teams representative for the 2024 Pro Bowl games at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Feb. 3.

The Pro Bowl format changed during the 2022-23 season to feature a flag football game as the culminating event instead of traditional tackle football.

Reeves-Maybin was selected in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft with the 124th overall pick by the Detroit Lions.

During his time at Tennessee, Reeves-Maybin played in 39 games over four seasons and was named a preseason All-SEC selection on multiple occasions. He recorded 240 total tackles as a Vol and recorded eight sacks, four fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles and an interception.
