Wish that I was on ol' Rocky Top: Vols sing together over Twitter

Fans, players and the whole Vols community came together to sing 'Rocky Top' in a compilation video on Twitter.

After stay-at-home orders were issued to slow the spread of coronavirus, there's one place Vols fans wish they were: Good ol' Rocky Top.

Numerous Tennessee athletes had their spring seasons sidelined by COVID-19 after the SEC extended its suspension of in-person athletics through the end of May, but even a pandemic isn't going to stop fans and players from letting 'Rocky Top' ring out.

The Vols community came together to sing 'Rocky Top' over Twitter in a compilation video that had more than 16,000 views by Friday afternoon. Fans weren't the only ones breaking out into song, either. Current and former players also joined in, including VFLs Jabari Davis and Jauan Jennings, and quarterback Brian Maurer.

Take a look:

Tennessee and the NCAA announced senior athletes who were impacted by the cancellation of spring sports will be able to return for an additional season in 2021, giving Vols fans plenty to look forward to once regular athletics are able to start up again.
