A cargo fire caused backups at mile maker 384 on Interstate 40 Saturday afternoon.
According to TDOT's Smartway Traffic website, the incident was reported around 12:09 p.m. and was cleared by 1:10 p.m.
Westbound traffic was affected with right lanes blocked. Eastbound traffic was not delayed.
