LENOIR CITY, Tenn. — A crash on I-75 North blocked a lane of traffic Tuesday afternoon, causing backups before the exit to Lenoir City.
Traffic was backed up around Hotchkiss Valley Road, according to the Tennessee Department of Transportation. A traffic camera showed crews responding to the crash at around 4:50 p.m. TDOT also said the crash blocked the right shoulder.
