SWEETWATER, Tenn. — Editor's Note: The Sweetwater Police Department originally spelled Charlotte's name wrong.

UPDATE (4/5): Charlotte Castillo-Wong was a wife and mother of three who lost her life Thursday afternoon, according to Sergeant Kelvin Franco with the Sweetwater Police Department.

Castillo-Wong worked at a restaurant, Lazy Beagle, which closed early Thursday. After getting off work, she drove her blue Dodge truck in heavy traffic.

Franco said she stopped on the train tracks and the bars came down. They believe she panicked but did try to get out at the last moment. Castillo-Wong stepped out of the truck when the impact happened.

This is a developing story.
