LOUDON COUNTY, Tenn. — The Loudon County Sheriff's Office said that an overturned commercial vehicle blocked one lane of traffic on I-75 South Wednesday afternoon, and that injuries were reported.
Deputies were on the scene by 11 a.m. It happened around mile marker 78.6, just before the Sugarlimb Road exit.
Authorities urged people to be cautious if they were traveling in the area, as they worked to clear the scene.
