KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A wreck closed down the Northbound Pellissippi Parkway around noon Tuesday.
The wreck happened at the Hardin Valley exit, according to TDOT Smartway.
Traffic was backed up almost to I-40.
As of 1:30 p.m., Pellissippi Parkway had reopened to traffic.
