ROANE COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Department of Transportation said a crash was reported on I-40 West in Roane County Wednesday afternoon, backing up traffic for miles. TDOT said it closed the right lane of the highway.
It was reported near Lawnville Road on the way towards Kingston, backing up traffic for miles to near Blackburn Lane. The crash was reported at around 1:39 p.m. Eastern Time, according to TDOT.
