Local author encourages folks to 'hang up' and discover the joys of 'unplugging'
Haley Evans is the author of "Hung Up--why you should put the phone down (and other life advice)" which is out now on Amazon. She is encouraging folks to reduce their social media /phone time on "National Unplugging Day" on March 1 with a 7 day challenge (starting March 4).
