SCOTUS won't hear TN lethal injection appeal
The U.S. Supreme Court says it will not consider an appeal that could have delayed upcoming executions in Tennessee. The ruling comes as Tennessee prepares for another execution this week. Don Johnson is set to die Thursday for the 1984 murder of his wife, Connie.
