KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Yassin's Falafel House is a Knoxville landmark, cherished by many people across the city. Now, the man behind the restaurant plans on bringing falafel to more people across East Tennessee.
They announced that they are planning to open a third location in a city outside of Knoxville. However, they said no date or specific location was available.
"Our goal is to have a safe place where people come and feel loved, safe and share wonderful stories and delicious food," said Yassin Terou in a post on social media. "We are taking every step to make this happen, but with the challenges these days, we have to be extra careful. But we are working on it, slowly but surely."
Reports say that Terou is eyeing Blount County for a new location.
