A local woman has a passion for dance that spans decades. She is disciplined, she is serious about her craft, and she has single-handedly helped thousands of young aspiring dancers here in East Tennessee.
Irena Linn says she is nothing without dance.
"It's human beings at their most beautiful without speaking. It is so spiritual. It is so intellectual," she said.
Ms. Linn was born in Berlin, Germany, during World War II.
