The TBI said that Christopher Allen Taylor, wanted for especially aggravated kidnapping, rape and aggravated assault in Roane County, had turned himself in.
Taylor turned himself in to a state trooper in Cumberland County, TBI said.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a man wanted in Roane County to its Most Wanted list.
According to the TBI, Christopher Allen Taylor is wanted out of Roane County for especially aggravated kidnapping, rape and aggravated assault.
The TBI is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.
The TBI said the man should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone that sees him is asked not to approach him and to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
