Tickets for 2024 Maker City Summit in September are on sale

The summit is meant to bring creators together, regardless of their skill level or their kind of creativity.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Creators and crafters from across East Tennessee can now grab tickets for a large gathering of makers set to happen in late September — the 2024 Maker City Summit.

The summit spans two days with different kinds of programming, two evening social events as well as plenty of coffee and light pastries in the mornings. It also provides access to one-on-ones with experts during the weeks following the event.

It is expected to bring out 21 people to speak, all professionals from a variety of different fields and with different skills. Entrepreneurs will speak alongside photographers, along with skincare professionals and pro pastry makers. And professionals from many fields in between will share their expertise.

The schedule of events starts on Friday, Sept. 27, with a 5:30 p.m. soiree. The next day includes a variety of keynotes and a panel on artificial intelligence. Sunday morning starts with a keynote and a panel on social media, before breakout sessions and another keynote focused on the intersection of community and business.

It will be the ninth annual summit and will be held at the Maker Exchange, located near World's Fair Park inside the Marriott Knoxville and Tennesseans hotels.

General admission tickets cost $85. However, early bird admission is available until June 20 for $75. On the day of the event, tickets will cost $95.
