CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. — The Campbell County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that a LaFollette man was arrested after he was involved in a fatal March 16, 2022 crash in Smith County.

They said Brandon Lee Brock, 36, from LaFollette, was arrested and will be taken to Smith County where he will be charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of criminally negligent homicide.

They said that on March 16, 2022, his tractor-trailer was headed east on I-40 when it was jack-knifed and blocked both lanes of traffic. They said a second crash then occurred that involved several vehicles, including three tractor-trailer trucks.

That crash resulted in the death of two people and a dog, CCSO said.
