KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A crash on I-640 West blocked a lane of traffic Wednesday night, before the exit to North Broadway. Traffic was backed up to near Washington Pike at around 9:45 p.m. as cars navigated around the crash, in an open lane.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation said the crash was reported at around 9:15 p.m. Eastern Time.
