Knoxville brewery to release Resilience Pale Ale supporting Australian brushfire relief

The Resilience recipe for a 5% Pale Ale was developed to have a broad appeal around the world.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Albright Grove Brewing plans to release their version of the beer on March 5 at 5:30 pm.

As part of the local and international beer community’s ongoing support for brushfire relief efforts in Australia, brewers all over the world have joined forces in a fundraising brew.

Albright Grove Brewing is one of two Tennessee breweries that are participating. The other is Five Witts Brewing in Chattanooga.

Resilience Pale Ale will be brewed from the same recipe at 200 local breweries in Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK and Europe.

The proceeds will be donated to various relief efforts and they're hoping to raise more than $850,000.
