The man accused of homicide in a deadly crash on Chapman Highway that left a 22-year-old dead has been transferred to an ICE holding facility, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
Franco Cambrany Francisco-Eduardo, 44, was set to appear in court for an arraignment Thursday morning on the criminally negligent homicide charge but that happened in jail instead, according to a 10News reporter who was at sessions court Thursday.
The sheriff's office said he was no longer being held in the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility because he bonded out Monday morning.
Francisco-Eduardo was arrested last week after KPD investigators said he was responsible for a crash on Chapman Highway Saturday evening that killed 22-year-old Pierce Kennedy Corcoran.

The public defender representing Francisco-Eduardo told 10News he doesn't know where his client was transferred to but he has been told he will be back in Knoxville by Thursday for his scheduled court date.

A man Knoxville Police charged in connection to a deadly crash on Chapman Highway over the weekend has been arraigned from jail.
Franco Cambrany Francisco-Eduardo, 44, was set to appear in court for an arraignment Thursday morning on the criminally negligent homicide charge but that happened in jail instead, according to 10News reporter Marc Sallinger who was at sessions court Thursday.
Francisco-Eduardo faces the homicide charge in addition to charges for not having a driver's license and having no proof of financial responsibility, which means he did not have driver's insurance. Arrest records also showed there was a hold for immigration (ICE).
The charges come after KPD investigators said he was responsible for a crash on Chapman Highway Saturday evening that killed 22-year-old Pierce Kennedy Corcoran.
A date has not been set yet for a future court hearing.

Knoxville Police have charged a man accused in a deadly crash on Chapman Highway Saturday night with criminally negligent homicide.
KPD said Franco Cambrany Francisco-Eduardo, 44, now faces the homicide charge in addition to charges for not having a driver's license and having no proof of financial responsibility, which means he did not have driver's insurance. Arrest records also showed there was a hold for immigration (ICE).
An investigation found at around 6:40 p.m. Saturday, a Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling north around the 4700 block of Chapman Highway when it crossed into the southbound lanes of traffic and hit a Honda Civic, resulting in a chain reaction crash, according to KPD. In total, four cars were involved.
Police shut down the road in both directions for four hours.
KPD said the driver of the Honda Civic died and identified him as 22-year-old Pierce Kennedy Corcoran of Knoxville.
Emergency responders took Corcoran and his girlfriend who was a passenger in his car to UT Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at the hospital and she was treated for injuries that weren't life-threatening.
Corcoran was the son of Knoxville Fire Capt. DJ Corcoran.
The drivers and passengers in the other vehicles were not injured, according to Knoxville Police.
The new charges come after investigators met with the Knox County District Attorney General's office to review the findings of the investigation.
"Based on the facts developed in the investigation, a warrant was issued charging Franco Cambrany Francisco-Eduardo with one count of Criminally Negligent Homicide," according to KPD.
Francisco-Eduardo remains in custody at the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility.
